Cocktail Party Menu
Below is an example of our cocktail party menu. We can always customize it to fit your needs.
Stationary Hors d’oeuvres:
- Local garden vegetables with Green Goddess and Parmesan peppercorn dips
- Cheese and cracker platter consisting of assorted cheeses, fresh fruit, and crackers
- Tray of hummus and tabouleh complimented with pita chips
Each of these food items will have cocktail napkins and plates supplied.
Hors d’oeuvres
- Black pepper bacon-wrapped dates
- Pigs in a blanket served with spicy mustard
- Artichoke cheddar mini tart
- Skewer of fresh mozzarella, tomato, and basil
- Chicken satay with a peanut sauce
- Olive tapenade on a bagel crueler chip
- Bruschetta with feta on an olive rosemary bread crostini
- Wedges of chicken sausage dipped in a marinara sauce
- Oven roasted marinated chicken wings
- Spinach, sausage, and mozzarella stuffed mushrooms
- Swedish meatballs served with a sour cream sauce
- Fresh fruit kabobs
